Amador: history, nature and vision for the future
It all began more than a century ago, when thousands of tons of stone were extracted from the earth to make way for the Panama Canal. With that same material, connections were built between islands, giving rise to what we now know as the Amador Causeway: a coastal gem where history, nature, and a vision for the future converge.
This territory, marked by one of the most important engineering works in the world, is also part of an exceptional biological corridor. Here, migratory birds find refuge, the Pacific breeze accompanies the landscape, and the greenery of the vegetation envelops every corner. In Amador, nature is not just part of the environment; it is the protagonist.
When we started searching for a place to develop a different project, we found something special in Amador. We understood that amidst the rhythm of contemporary life, there is an increasingly profound need to return to the essentials: reconnecting with nature, finding peace, and living with greater intention.
